This letter serves as a reference for Realtor, Susan Brown, regarding her dedication and real estate expertise as my sales agent while listing my home in Saponas Point, in Wilmington, NC. I had worked with three other realtors during the two years my home was on the market and I believe Susan exceeded all expectations to sell my home during a soft market for houses over the $400,000 mark. Susan took it upon herself to host many open houses and invite insurance representatives to answer questions buyers had involving flood insurance and other special insurance questions.
