Susan was my realtor, selling my home in Ocean Forest Ridge, 294 Okeechobee Rd., Wilmington, NC. The house sold on July 25th, 2019 after being on the market only a short while. Throughout the process of preparation for the sale Susan was a constant fixture of inspiration, energy, research, marketing, and a powerhouse of energy to do what was necessary to get the house sold.

Susan was a true blessing to all. She even went above and beyond her "job" calling and showed up to help in our garage sale! What realtor does that?

Susan in unmatched in doing what it takes to get the job done. There is an old saying in the US Military that is used when an exemplary nature or character is noticed in a person, the saying goes, (in a good way), "I would go to war WITH (that person's name)".  In no uncertain terms, I would go to war with Susan. She is a fighter, Susan is a winner.

This letter serves as a reference for Realtor, Susan Brown, regarding her dedication and real estate expertise as my sales agent while listing my home in Saponas Point, in Wilmington, NC. I had worked with three other realtors during the two years my home was on the market and I believe Susan exceeded all expectations to sell my home during a soft market for houses over the $400,000 mark.  Susan took it upon herself to host many open houses and invite insurance representatives to answer questions buyers had involving flood insurance and other special insurance questions.  She also put together a handbook to answer other anticipated questions that buyers would ultimately ask to qualify for loans or assure the buyers that everything was “documented” and answered to help them feel more comfortable before writing up an offer to purchase my home. 

Susan has many talents, offers many areas of expertise and supported me as a seller by taking initiative and promoting my home in many different ways.  She even helped me pack and clean, when the buyers wanted us to close in 16 days.  She was congenial, had an excellent attitude and a broad knowledge base making her an invaluable resource for both buyers and sellers. 

Susan also built strong personal relationships with many people in my community that proved to be invaluable, when my sink sprung a leak during the listing and the water set off my fire alarm and my neighbor actually called Susan who got the water cut off with only minimal damage to the downstairs area. Susan readily assumes responsibility and is never afraid to face challenges such as selling a higher priced home in a very soft market and taking care of contingencies as they evolve.  I highly recommend Susan Brown for your consideration as a Realtor and agent, and I know she would be an asset to your team.
